Marian Kinchen is Vice President at FBT Mortgage located at First Bank and Trust Branch in Hammond, Louisiana.
Marian began her career in mortgage lending in 1983 as a Loan Setup Clerk. Through the years, Marian was promoted to Loan Officer, Assistant Branch Manager, Underwriter, Mnaager, and Division Manager at companies where she has worked. Due to her extensive experience, Marian served on HUD's Joint Venture for Affordable Housing in 1988. In 1994, Marian received a designation as a FHA, VA, and FNMA Underwriter. With her many years of experience, Marian is a well-rounded mortgage professional with noted experience in all phases of mortgage lending inclduing origination, approval, closing and servicing.
Marian lives in Ponchatoula with her husband, Stan. Even though she is a career mom, she found time to servce as PTA President at both Ponchatoula Junior High and Ponchatoula High School. She has a strong passion for helping people and uses her experience and professionalism to to help her customers find the right mortgage for their individual needs.
